This is my second day in Kampala, I'm currently at the UNICEF offices which are about 200 meters from the hotel I'm staying. Just been demonstrating Mizizi to Chris and its gone very well, there are one or two ammendments that will need to be done on the application but so far we've done a pretty remarkable job. We had a discussion on friday about rewriting Mizizi in C# top take advantage of the inbuilt libraries that already exist in Windows, we've agreed that we will finalise the Python version use it and then come up with an action plan for it.
