My good friend John Kidenda (An electrical engineering student at University of Texas-Austin) just sent me mail informing me that my post Changing the techie mindset has been selected (read here) as one of the top 5 articles in the 3rd Carnival of African Enterprising this is truly exciting news for me, never in a million years would I ever think that any of blog posts would be selected. Thanks for your support, big thanks to Hash and Benin Mwangi I've never met you guys but I feel like I already know you.

I also took the time to join the Africa Enterprising Blog Network after Benin Mwangi posted a comment on my blog. I haven't had time to participate properly in any discussions due to a very demanding server installation but I will take time and throw in my 2 cents. 

Update:A few reviews and comments on my article, next time I'l make it more timely in line with current events occuring in Africa :)
